Black Bean and Chicken Chilaquiles

This is a very simple, healthy, and tasty dish I tried out tonight from Cooking Light. The combination of shredded chicken, tortillas, beans, and cheese makes for a great texture too, which is one of the most important criteria for food in my opinion. I seasoned the chicken with some salt and pepper before cooking (the recipe didn't say to, but I've learned to always do that anyway).
