I'm in a cooking slump. I've cooked my usuals too many times, and I need some fresh ideas. Does anyone have any easy, quick, and healthy meal ideas for us?
This sounds plain but is declicious and filling. Put raw spinach on top of a bed of brown rice in a bowl. Top that with a spoonful of sour cream and add your favorite salsa. It's amazingly good.
